Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced tart apples
2/3 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
1/2 c. dry oatmeal
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. oleo, softened
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pans.
Place apple slices in pans.
Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake 30 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
Serve warm and if desired with light cream or ice cream.
