Cottage-Cheddar Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cottage cheese
    1 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. onion, diced
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In blender container, combine cheeses, egg yolks, onion, mustard and Worcestershire.
    Process until smooth; set aside.
    Mix egg whites until stiff; fold into cheese mixture.
    Spoon into muffin pan.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
