Peaches 'N' Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. milk
3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 large can sliced peaches, drained
3/4 c. sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Combine in a bowl the butter, milk, baking powder, flour, egg, pudding mix and juice from drained peaches.
Mix until smooth. Pour into oblong baking dish.
Place drained peaches on top of mixture. Whip softened cream cheese and sugar. Spread on top of peaches. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
