Non-Crumbling Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Beat separately the egg, buttermilk, oil and water.
    Combine all ingredients and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then bake 5 minutes more at 400\u00b0.
