Meat-Stuffed Pita Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 c. chopped cooked beef, pork, ham or chicken
    1/2 c. shredded carrot or chopped celery or broth
    1 large pita bread rounds
    1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts or 4 lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard.
    Stir in meat, carrots or celery or both.
    Cut pita bread in half.
    Line each half with sprouts or lettuce.
    Spoon in mixture.
