Seafood Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped shallots
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    butter
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. chopped tarragon leaves
    1 c. chopped cooked shrimp
    1 c. chopped lobster
    1 c. cream
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute shallots and mushrooms in a small amount of butter in skillet for 5 minutes.
    Stir in next 6 ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Blend cornstarch with a small amount of water.
    Stir into mixture.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Season to taste. Yields 4 servings.
