Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 c. biscuit mix
    1 lb. sausage
Preparation
    Heat cheese over hot water or microwave until melted. Add biscuit mix and uncooked sausage and mix thoroughly. Roll into bite size balls. Bake on ungreased sheet in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes or freeze unbaked balls. Bake for 20 minutes when frozen.
