Swiss Fondue(Switzerland) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/3 c. apple juice
8 oz. Emmenthaler cheese (the hole-y kind)
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

Crush the garlic and grate the cheese.
Melt the butter and cook the garlic for 1 minute.
Blend the cornstarch with a little water.
Add to the pan, along with the juice and the cheese.
Cook over a low heat for 5 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Add the nutmeg, salt and pepper.
