Luau Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ribs
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 small can frozen orange juice
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/3 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    2 green onions, sliced
    watercress for garnish (optional)
    orange slices for garnish
Preparation
    Place ribs in a shallow baking dish, meaty side up.
    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons water.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes; drain off fat.
    In a saucepan, combine orange juice, water, brown sugar, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour over ribs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with green onions and garnish with watercress (optional) and orange slices.
