Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 c. diced zucchini

Preparation

Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Cream butter.
Add oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk.
Beat well.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture.
Blend well.
Add chocolate chips and zucchini (1/2 cup nuts may be added, if desired).
Stir to combine.
Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
