Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    100 egg roll wrappers
    1 whole chicken
    2 pork blade steaks
    1 head cabbage
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    6 stalks celery
    4 cloves garlic
    1 lb. bean sprouts
    1 egg
    Johnny's salt
Preparation
    Boil chicken for 1 hour; debone and break into small pieces. Chop the rest of the ingredients into small pieces.
    Cook pork and garlic, then add onion, then celery, then bell pepper, then cabbage, then bean sprouts, then chicken.
    Remove from heat; drain and cool.
    Start wrapping, putting 1 spoonful in each wrapper. Seal with a little egg on the edge of wrapper.
    Deep fry in hot oil.
    Uncooked egg rolls may be frozen until ready to eat.
