Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 tsp. cumin seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can tomato paste
    2 tsp. chili powder
    6 to 8 green onions, chopped
    3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 cans chili beans
    oil
    paprika
    corn tortillas
Preparation
    Saute slowly in 1 tablespoon oil:
    meat, onions, cumin and salt.
    Add tomato paste and chili powder.
    Remove from heat and let stand 1 hour.
    Soften tortillas and in each place 3 tablespoons meat mixture, 1 tablespoon green onions and 2 tablespoons of cheese.
    Place in baking dish and top with chili beans and remaining cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
