Outer Banks Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. backfin crabmeat
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 beaten egg
2 slices cubed bread with crust removed and moistened with milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and shape into serving size cakes.
Fry quickly in a little oil until brown.
