Cabbage-Apple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cabbage, shredded
    1 c. carrots, grated
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 small apples, cored and diced
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced (or scallions)
    1/2 c. plain, low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, carrots, green pepper, apples and onion. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Pour yogurt mix over vegetables.
    Toss until well coated.
    Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
    Serves 8 to 10.
