Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. butter/margarine
1 can sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks or 1 egg
Preparation

Soften butter.
Cut butter into dry cake mix.
Stir in coconut. Pat into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, building up a slight edge. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Arrange well drained apple slices on warm crust.
Sprinkle with sugar cinnamon mixture. Combine sour cream and egg yolks.
Pour over apples (will not completely cover cake).
Bake for 25 minutes.
Do not overbake.
