Pot Pie No. 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef, cubed
2 Tbsp. suet, butter or fat
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. water
1 c. carrots, sliced
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 c. tomato pulp or canned tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. potatoes, diced
Preparation

Wash meat.
Heat fat and onion in pan in which pot pie is to be baked.
Add the meat, sprinkle the flour over meat and brown meat, stirring occasionally until uniformly browned.
