Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed potatoes, seasoned
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine the mashed potatoes, beaten egg yolks, cream and butter.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Heap lightly into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until puffed and brown.
    Serves 6 to 8.
