Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    streusel topping
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter; beat in eggs and vanilla.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add flour mixture and buttermilk alternately to batter.
    Stir in berries.
    Spread batter in lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan.
    Sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
