Pineapple Square Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    4 eggs
    2 c. cake flour
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    a few drops yellow food coloring
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1/2 tsp. pineapple flavoring
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs and fold in at high speed.
    Sift flour.
    Add 1 cup at a time and beat 1 minute.
    Add cream and juice, then flavorings.
    Beat well.
    Bake in a square pan for 40 to 60 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Cool.
