Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. unsalted butter (do not substitute anything)
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Butter should not be too soft. Add flour,
    salt
    and baking powder; work in with hands.
    Pat into greased round 8 or 9-inch tin.
    Pinch edges and prick all over with toothpick.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
