Easy Cheesy Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fresh fillets (flounder, sole)
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 Tbsp. corn oil margarine, melted
    1/3 c. low-fat or nonfat yogurt
Preparation
    Spray cookie sheet with Pam and set aside.
    Wash fish fillets; pat dry.
    Combine cheese, bread crumbs, pepper, dill weed and melted margarine.
    Spread each fillet with yogurt.
    Coat well with bread crumb mixture and arrange touching on prepared pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
