Lo-Cal, Low-Fat Hot Dog Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. baked potato
    1 c. zucchini
    1/2 c. carrots
    2 slices raw onion
    2 Hormel light and lean hot dogs
Preparation
    Spray skillet or wok with Pam.
    Heat 1 teaspoon oil (canola or safflower) in wok or skillet.
    Add sliced potatoes, raw vegetables and 2 sliced hot dogs, stir-frying until vegetables and potatoes are tender but not soft.
    Sprinkle with Creole seasoning or light soy sauce.
    Serves 1.
    Double portions to serve 2.
