Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. softened margarine
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 can (20 oz.) pie apples or 2 1/2 c. fresh apples
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sour cream
    2 egg yolks or 1 egg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut margarine into cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut.
    Pat into ungreased oblong pan (13 x 9 x 2-inches).
    Build up edges.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Arrange apple slices on warm crust.
    Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on apples. Blend sour cream and egg; drizzle over apples. Bake 25 minutes or until edges are light brown.
    (You can substitute large can of peaches or pears.)
