Gazpacho(No-Cook Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium tomatoes
    1 small cucumber, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 green onions, sliced
    1 (12 oz.) can vegetable juice cocktail
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    several dashes hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes.
    Combine tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper and green onions.
    Stir in vegetable juice, vinegar, oil, garlic, salt, basil and hot pepper sauce.
    Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
