Chafing Dish Meat Balls(Make 2 Days In Advance) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, grated
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. curry powder (optional)
    1 bottle chili sauce
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 large jar grape jelly
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls.
    Simmer until brown in last 3 ingredients.
    Prepare 2 days in advance. Refrigerate, then remove all grease from top.
    Reheat and serve in chafing dish.
    May be frozen.
    Serves 50 to 60.
