Chinese Chicken Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 head cabbage, shredded (2 c.)
    1 large stalk celery, cut in strips
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 small carrot, cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Skin, bone and cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Saute first 4 ingredients in hot oil 5 minutes.
    Remove from skillet.
    Saute chicken until tender.
    Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and broth. Add to chicken and stir until begins to bubble.
    Cook 1 minute; add vegetables and meat.
    Serve over rice.
