Chili Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chili without beans
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    10 oz. pkg. jalapeno Jack cheese, shredded
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Pour chili into slow cooker.
    Cut cream cheese into chunks and add to chili.
    Add shredded cheese.
    Stir well.
    Cover.
    Cook on low 4 hours.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
