Sour Cream Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Cream sugar and butter until fluffy.
Add egg and beat well. Add sour cream and mix well.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add gradually to sugar mixture, stirring well.
Bake in a loaf pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Can add raisins or nuts.
