Cranberry-Orange Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white flour
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. orange rind
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. cranberries, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together flours, baking powder, soda and sugar.
    Beat margarine, orange juice and rind into egg. Stir into flour mixture.
    Add cranberries and nuts.
    Pour into an 8-cup loaf or ring pan, greased and floured.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Cool and remove from pan.
