Miniature Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
graham cracker crumbs
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix
cream
cheese,
sugar and egg yolks and set aside. Beat egg
whites
and fold into cream cheese mixture.
Grease miniature muffin pan and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Spoon
about one
tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture into muffin
pan. Bake
at
350\u00b0
for
15 minutes.
Allow to cool. When cool, a dip will form in the center of each cheese cake.
