Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. plain flour
7 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 sticks butter
4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Beat butter, add sugar, eggs and flavoring; sift flour and baking powder.
Add flour until mixer can't go.
Use flour for rolling cookies.
You should have flour left over when finished. Roll very thin and cut with round cutter.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes.
Do not brown.
