Fruit Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks (juice packed)
2 c. shredded cabbage
2/3 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Drain pineapple chunks, reserving 2 tablespoons juice.
Set juice aside.
