Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    lemon rind
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Slightly beat 3 whole eggs. Combine with sugar, blended with cornstarch. Melt butter. Add butter, buttermilk and vanilla. Add a little grated lemon rind. Pour filling into uncooked pie shell. Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 and then turn oven down to 325\u00b0. Bake from 40 to 60 minutes, until filling is set.
