Venison Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. fat
    3 large onions
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 c. tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    1 medium stalk celery
Preparation
    Steak should be at least 1 1/2-inches thick.
    Dredge with flour and season with salt and pepper.
    Brown in fat on both sides.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cover tightly and cook in moderate oven (350\u00b0) or over low heat on top of stove until tender, about 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
