Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. dried currants or raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In
    a cup, beat together egg and milk with a fork.
    Reserve 1 teaspoon for glaze.
