Ho-Hum Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper
    1 small onion, grated
Preparation
    Cut scrubbed, unpeeled potatoes into chunks.
    Mix the garlic, parsley, melted margarine, onion, salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture over potatoes; cover and bake at 400\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
