Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken fryer, cut up and soak overnight in water
    salt and pepper
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Drain chicken; salt and pepper chicken pieces.
    Sift flour in a bowl, pour milk in another bowl, add seasoned salt and garlic powder to milk.
    Dip pieces of chicken in milk mixture and coat in flour.
    In deep fryer or heavy skillet, heat oil to 300\u00b0 and fry chicken until golden brown.
