Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, place egg, broccoli, corn, onion, salt and pepper.
    In saucepan, melt butter and add stuffing mix; toss to coat.
    Stir in half stuffing.
    Mix into vegetables.
    Put in 1-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 4.
