Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
1 stick melted margarine
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. diced celery
3/4 tsp. salt (to taste)
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation

Mix stuffing, margarine and water; set aside.
Combine mayonnaise, milk, eggs, onions, celery and salt and mix well with stuffing mixture.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish 1/2 of the stuffing.
Layer in chicken and top with other half of stuffing.
Spread with soup and bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
