Yellow Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash, cooked and mashed, drained
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except coconut, using hand mixer or blender.
    Last add coconut and pour in pie shell.
    Cook 30 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven and then reduce heat to 375\u00b0 for last 30 minutes until done.
