1/2 c. margarine
1 pkg. caramels
1/3 c. milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix cake mix according to the instructions on the package. Bake half of the mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 for glass pan).
