Meat Loaf Wellington - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, egg and salt.
Shape firmly into loaf and place in baking pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Spoon off fat, saving 3 tablespoons drippings. Separate the crescent rolls and place crosswise over top and down sides of meat loaf, overlapping slightly.
Bake 15 minutes more.
