Fresh Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium shrimp
    1/2 c. water
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 large carrots, pared and grated
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    few drops Tabasco sauce
    few drops lemon juice
Preparation
    Place shrimp and water in 12 cup casserole. Cover and microwave 4 minutes.
    Remove casserole from microwave and let stand 2 minutes on counter, covered.
    Drain shrimp and cool under cold running water.
    Drain well.
