Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. chopped pretzels
3/4 c. margarine
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. frozen strawberries
1 c. sugar plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
1 large pkg. strawberry jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pt. Cool Whip
Preparation

Cream together 3 tablespoons sugar and margarine.
Add pretzels and press into 8 x 10-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cool.
Dissolve jello in boiling water and add frozen berries.
Stir and let partially set up.
Cream cheese and sugar together well.
Fold in Cool Whip and spread over pretzel mixture. Pour jello mixture over cream cheese layer and refrigerate.
