Virginia'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. Lindt or Tobler bittersweet chocolate
    6 oz. milk chocolate
    5 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. sweet butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Melt chocolate on double boiler.
    Add sugar and butter. Remove from heat and add egg yolks.
    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks.
    Add flour to egg whites and beat until stiff.
    Combine 1/3 egg white mixture with chocolate mixture. Mix well.
    Fold in remaining egg white.
    Pour into 8-inch spring-form, well buttered pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serve with unsweetened cream.
