Scalloped Franks 'N' Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot dogs
    1 c. or pt. cream-style corn
    2/3 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    12 saltine crackers, crushed
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut hot dogs into quarters.
    Combine corn and milk in saucepan; heat through.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir a little of corn mixture into eggs; gradually stir eggs into corn mixture.
    Add cracker crumbs, green pepper, onion, sugar and pepper.
    Stir in half of hot dogs; pour mixture into greased 2-quart casserole. Place rest of hot dogs on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Makes 4 or 5 servings.
