Pul Ko-Kee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
    3 green onions, chopped (use tops, too)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted in skillet for a few minutes until light golden brown
    1/3 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Slice meat in thin strips across the grain.
    Add all other ingredients and marinate at least 1 hour.
    Brown in pan on top of stove, or grill over charcoal.
    Serve with plain rice.
