Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut into 1 1/2 x 3-inch strips
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. strips of green pepper, tomatoes (optional) and onions (optional)
    1 to 1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute steak in oil until browned.
    Add all other ingredients (except vegetables) and cook until tender.
    Add vegetables and simmer until tender.
    Serve over rice.
