Deep Dish Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pie crust shell
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3 Tbsp. flour or Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
5 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Preparation

Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 425\u00b0.
Combine milk, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add crabmeat, grated cheeses and spinach to milk mixture; blend in blender or mixer.
Add flour or Bisquick. Pour into pie shell.
Bake on preheated cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 30 to 35 minutes.
Serves six.
