Roast Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 1/4 lb.) pork tenderloins
    1/2 c. light soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Mix marinade ingredients together.
    Brush or soak tenderloins several hours (or overnight) before cooking and also during cooking.
    Roast, uncovered, in a 300\u00b0 oven until tender, 1 3/4 to 2 hours.
